Once you've placed an order, it's pretty much a done deal. We work super fast here, so there's not much wiggle room to make changes to or cancel your order.

Once you receive the tracking information, we suggest contacting the carrier to request a re-routing of the package to the correct address or ask for a Return to Sender/Refusal.

If you choose to Return to Sender/Refuse the package, please inform us. We will investigate the tracking and ensure that it is being returned. Once this is confirmed, we can proceed with issuing a full refund for the order or arranging a reshipment to the correct address.
