Absolutely! Just log in to your account, click Subscriptions, and then Manage Subscriptions. You'll then be able to Reschedule or Skip.

Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account, head to Subscriptions, and click Manage Subscription. Then you'll be able to select "Reschedule" and choose a new date by selecting "Choose a specific date".

How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens if an item in my subscription order goes out of stock?

If you have an Out Of Stock item in your upcoming subscription box, we’ll pause your order and send you an email asking you to update your order. Once updated, we’ll then process and ship out your order!

It’s easy to enter a code at checkout. And if you’re trying to use a code for an existing subscription, just log into your account, head to Subscriptions (in the left menu bar), and click "add discount".

What are my payment options for a subscription order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards for our subscriptions. Buy now, pay later options like Afterpay are ineligible. Each order is billed right before it ships!
